Eastern Christian contemplation trains the mind to see God's divine presence and energy in daily life. This contemplative tradition works well for active people who seek to develop a contemplative attitude to support a more contemplative mode of living. This day-long workshop will introduce the basic concepts and the founding practices of Eastern Christian contemplation. The workshop is designed for active lay people and clergy.
