What is an Associate of the ICL?

People and communities interested in developing tactical contemplation for their personal and community lives are invited to become associates of the ICL.  The benefits of the associate members are outlined below.  Becoming an associate provides continual, contemplative engagement with the search for the contemplative dynamic in daily living.  Contemplation takes work, hard work, and associates receive the benefits of timely reminders and suggestions about applying contemplative tactics, of various courses of study, and of connection to others yearning for contemplation.

Associate Membership ($100 per year subscription)

Associate Members receives:

  • a weekly contemplative reflection, sent electronically
  • the contemplative reflection on the Revised Common Lectionary readings
  • access to the restricted area of the ICL website that contains papers and resources for personal and corporate study

 

Group and Parish Associate Memberships

Special rates are available to small study groups, parishes, and other organizations.  Please contact us for more information, and tell us what your group or community needs.
